The full Outstanding Manager programme consists of 6 sessions each lasting up to 2 hours.  After each session participants have a simple plan to put into practice what they have been taught.  Sessions are usually about 4 weeks apart.

The first session provides an overview of the whole programme and introduces some of the key ideas that underpin it.

The second session is about Great Working Relationships. It covers some aspects of understanding different personalities and teaches you how to run and document effective 121s.

Session three introduces you to Giving and Getting Great Feedback.

Session four is Being a Brilliant Coach and shows you how yo can provide. a coaching framework that encourages every team member to learn something every week to improve performance.

Session five teaches Maximum Effective Delegation and how you use delegation as away of developing your team as well as managing your own workload.

Session 6 explores Time and Priority Management helping you to work effectively and efficiently.

Cost £5000 plus VAT for unlimited number of managers in each workshop.  Typical numbers are anywhere between 2-3 in  small business to 50+ in a large university hospital NHS Trust.
